Write the meeting minutes
After the discussion, record the decisions and assigned actions in a printable template.
Give each topic a place and a little time. Arrange the discussion, check when it ends, and share a clear plan before the meeting.

Enter a start time, such as 09:00 or 2:30 pm. Add a target duration if the meeting has a fixed end time. The example starts at 09:00; change it to your own time.
Write a topic, choose its duration in whole minutes, and optionally name the person leading it. Add breaks as their own items. Moving an item recalculates the schedule.
Each item starts when the previous one ends. Compare the total with your target, then copy or download the agenda. Leave room for questions and transitions in the durations you choose.
09:00 + 5 + 15 + 15 + 10 min = 09:45
Allow five minutes for the goal, fifteen for progress, fifteen for decisions, and ten for next steps. With a 45-minute target, this agenda fits exactly.
After the discussion, record the decisions and assigned actions in a printable template.
Keep the original recording beside the note when you need to check what was agreed.
