Using Phrase
Phrase is provided for personal productivity, note-taking, media capture, AI-assisted organization, search, Artifacts, presentations, study tools, and related workflows. You are responsible for the notes, artifacts, media, prompts, and files you choose to add or create.
App Store and Pro features
Phrase may offer free and paid features. The free tier can be limited, and Phrase Pro can unlock AI chat, inline AI, AI search answers, more media-to-note usage, iCloud Sync, and unlimited notes. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled through Apple.
AI output
AI-generated notes, summaries, transcripts, Artifacts, slide decks, study tools, dashboards, pages, search answers, edits, and assistant responses may be incomplete or inaccurate. Review important output before relying on it, presenting it, sharing it, or using it for decisions.
User control and permissions
Some assistant actions require confirmation or platform permissions, especially actions that write data, access system apps, open URLs, use the clipboard, create reminders, create calendar events, or prepare communication drafts.
Acceptable use
Do not use Phrase to violate the law, infringe rights, upload content you do not have permission to use, attack the service, bypass limits, or interfere with other users or systems.
Availability
Phrase features can change over time and may depend on your device, OS version, network access, iCloud availability, App Store account, model availability, and service capacity.
